Felicia: I apologize for the long wait times Trevor. We are very busy.
Felicia: I hope you are doing well despite this issue.
trevor: Oh i also forgot to say that its not just some random odd number its showing stuff from when i modded my gamer-score a super long time ago like i was banned for that but after i got banned i had 0 and i was able to earn achievements i got it up to 5000 and i was able to earn achievements from games that i did mod well i didn't mean to but i deleted my profile off my console (didn't mean to) well so when i re-downloaded it it showed my old modded stuff but its like combined with the non modded stuff so its like your guys system got confused and messed everything up that's why i want to post a picture because its like really confusing unless you see whats going on. Oh and i also cant earn achievements because it will tell me i have all of them unlocked but i don't because it sez (2 of 69 for Halo Reach when i click it to see what achievements i have it tells me all the ones from when i modded it)

Felicia: Alrighty when you recovered your profile and re downloaded it, you are seeing the old gamerscore. We did escalate this for you, but it did not resolve your issue. You would like to know if you can post a picture to your account. Am I understanding your issue correctly?
trevor: YES. Oh sorry for the long post i couldn't really figure out how to describe my problem as you see its confusing

Felicia: I have reviewed the notes on your account. The customer advocacy team did confirm that the correct gamerscore does show on xbox.com. That would be the place you should look to for your gamerscore.

Felicia: Since you can see the correct gamerscore on the computer, there is not an issue that needs to be corrected.
Felicia: However, I do understand what you are saying though. Both the console and
xbox.com should show your gamerscore as 5,000. Unfortunately, we would not be able to correct the score you see on your console.
Felicia: I am so sorry about that.
trevor: So my main problem is i cant earn achievements because it tells me their unlocked on my console when they are not

Felicia: Are you seeing the achievements on Xbox.com?
trevor: OK here is an example on Xbox.com it tells 5000 gamer score i click it and go to halo reach it tells me 2 of 69 achievements now on Xbox i go to achievements it tells me 23716 and i click it go down to halo reach and it sez 2 of 69 well i click to view what achievements i have it sez 41 of 69.
trevor: so i can only earn achievements that came out before i modded it get what i am saying there i cant earn them because it thinks their already their

trevor: Oh My God i already know what happens did you not see that i was already earning achievements that had been reset ok i modded all my halo reach all ok well it got reset so how do i have 2 that were modded same with all my other games?
trevor: i was earning achievements that were reset so thats why im saying your system got confused because maybe it was a new rule but when i got reset 2 years ago it wasnt so your system didnt know what to do!!!

I know right i have contacted them 3 times about my problem only 1 guy tried to help he sent me to a higher level and they sent me a email with a solution that didnt work but still he tried this person and the other said that i was basically lieing and its not happening

I'll side with them on this one.
Your responses were just bad, spelling wise, grammar wise, just bad.
Even I had a dam hard time figuring out what you were saying. Support works best when people can understand you.

Their system isn't messed up.
You modded your achievements so they reset you, if that messed up your achievements that's your problem because you modded in the first place.
