for a few weeks the light has been going out on my xbox the first player led light will out of nowhere go out and in order to fix this i have to turn off my xbox and turn it back on any help ms does not know what to do

did no luck they said if it is not affecting gamepaly dont worry

It's probably a hardware problem, just call Microsoft and tell them your problem and they'll help you.
