I booted a unshared jasper type 2 KV just me and a friend sharing, after 2 hrs we both get banned somehow. I went to dash and it signed back on to xbl but every time i tried to goto xex it would sign me out and come up saying banned but if i goto dash again it will sign back on and I even downloaded movies etc and its still working for all that but wont let me goto xex and start a game without kicking out of xbl and coming up saying console banned but yet if i dash again it signs back on again. Why is this happening and is there a way to stop it and make xex and mw2 work again without getting kicked out of xbl? Any help would be highly appreciated. Thanks.

um i would probally re-install xex menu and try again if the kv aint banned

i am not sure how that link helps or answers what i asked i have no problem running xex it was working perfectly fine and it still does just after the kv came up banned it signing back on to xbl each time i dash makes me wonder if there is a way to keep hostng with it was my main question it lets me download stuff watch videos etc so its on xbl just when i goto xex it signs out and if try to sign back in it says console banned but when i goto dash again it signs back on xbl.
