I really don't like the style of it and the low quality image.
The layout you could improve on, spread out the text etc!
You could be more creative and spend more detail and time on each thing in the webdesign.

It's very clean and well thought out but something about the bottom Doesn't match. I feel that the red and white colors Seem a bit simple. this is Really clean but it lacks the "WOW" Factor a simple solution is just to Spend a little more time adding the small details that turn a Decent piece to a great piece. For example.. on the bottom Text areas It seems really bland Change the organization and throw in some More details into the text boxes.. And titles etc. Also play with the color scheme a bit. anyways hope this helped.

it looks kind of simple but its ok, i would jut try use less vibrant or bright colours and use more dark blues and greys and whites to make it look more professional also i think the image cuts in to the background to much. 4 or 5/10

First tip, do not upload a website design to Photobucket. Personally i believe that is the worst image upload site ever.

Maybe a bigger canvas would be ideal for this line of work. You have a nice colour scheme to work with which is good. A simple background gradient would be more suitable; not really fond of the texture. Image needs to be worked on as it looks low quality. Navigation bar is alright but i feel that a much simple font like 'Arial' would be more fitting. Everything else below the image seems fine.

Okay, my feedback to you -
Play around with the layer styles of the links etc (about us), Change the coloring on the webdesign so it looks more professional, spend more time making everything fit in well and blend.
