If i wanted to license transfer but it said i had to wait but i go to the download history and download what i was going to originally download with the license transfer what would happen?

Would it download on both consoles or would it only work on the one I just downloaded it on?

Ok i went to get halo reach from a friend.

I was going to license transfer so that i could get the game for free.

But he already licensed transfered with someone else so it says i have to wait.

But If i were to just go to the download history and redownload it to my xbox would it affect either of our accounts or would everything be ok?

You would both have it.

Then later you'd be banned for marketplace theft.

If you license transfer at all with a console that you don't own you're at risk. It doesn't matter if you download something or now.

If you license transfer at all with a console that you don't own you're at risk. It doesn't matter if you download something or now.


ok but what I mean is if I download it without license transfering i will get banned for market place theft. So if i cancel the download and don't go on it I wont get banned right
