What's the harm in letting someone use a dummy account for 1 minute?
If they were smart they wouldn't use any real information in the sign-up process.
They wouldn't lose anything even if their account was stolen.
Besides, I'm a trustworthy person and I have no reason to take a completely useless account I can just mimic with my other dummy accounts.
