It is on dash 2.0.13599.0 is it possible to rgh or jtag?

It can be rghed, Buts its a xenon there used for getting keys no actual use

It's because Xenon Boot times are bad.

Boot times can vary it can take up to couple of days to boot. can't be jtagged dash has to be 7371 or lower

You can RGH 1.0 it i think... but the boot time is VERY POOR.. if you do decide to, make sure you do as much as you can possible to help its boot times...
