It depends how you are thinking of modding. In campaign? I say hell yes. Be creative and make some cool mods for us. In multiplayer I think they should do what they want, but dont ruin it for everyone else. Dont just kill people and do malicious things. Contribute to the game and make it fun, not stupid. DBAA.

It better, im tired of these little kids flashing their xbox and hotswapping, especially if they're trying to get money from it, the money should go to the founder of the exploit, not these little kids trying to make a profit at 12.

They can too, just like they did with patching the JTAG.
Microsoft would have to flash dvd drives to prevent further flashing in new consoles. (minus the read burned games crap)

I wouldn't worry about this too much ;).
They won't make the same mistake twice, and will most likely sign the files on console versions so no ISO modding, USB Modding can't go too far.
