Probably, But I don't think they will be implemented in battle for maybe a hundred years or so.

Ah, watch the video I posted. The US government admitted a year or so ago that they did all sorts of weird tests on soldiers during the Vietnam war.

I used to research that stuff all the time, i'm more interested in Ancient Astronaut Theories at the moment. But if I remember some i'll PM ya ;)
