Please stop posting that as you seem unaware of what that article really is.
It is simply to stop the SELLING of Xbox 360s in certain states in America. It wont affect XBL..
I doubt it will even go ahead, the new Xbox will be out before the dispute is done anyway.

I will tell you right now, Xbox will not get banned.
Microsoft are way to rich to get banned, they will just pay motorola/google out to keep them happy. It will be back on within a few hours. < Knowing Microsoft.
