Haha, I probably recommended them to you! But that was probably a year ago or more, and they've since been one-upped in the fast-paced IEM market. The GR07 and Xeport 5010 are better options, but maybe not when you bought them. The R02 is identical to the Brainwavz M2 as well.

Probably never, I'm going to college for computer engineering. Just a huge hobby of mine, nothing that will evolve into a profession as far as I can tell.

Actually, the R02 is the M1. I like mine a lot, especially since they were...free with the purchase of, well, anything, in a promo they had two years ago. For $35, I'd probably take them over the 5010 for music other than bassy music. They still definitely have their place! But yeah, the IEM market is pretty amazing. Just four years ago, when I got into the hobby, there were literally only 3 options for cheap IEMs: Ultimate Ears Super.fi 3, Etymotic ER6i, and Shure E2c. There was also the Crossroads X3i, but those were flaky. Now there's at least 3 to the power of 3 just under $50!

Yep, mixed the 2 and 3 up. And the M2 is now $60 on Amazon... Meh. I still need to motivate and try something other than my S4.

Did you get the Xeports? The 5010 might even be an upgrade...
