some are worth it yes,
for me (and my opinion alone) i would get all the dlc's except for honest hearts. I thought that dlc was terrible, the storyline was very short! and the fact that there arent much new collectables is even worse. Yeah there might be a few new weapons and some new apparel but the 800 msp payment is just not worth it.
My point is lonesome road > old world blues > dead money > honest hearts
Lonesome road is the best by far. The storyline is the longest and most difficult due to it being the only one that has deathclaws in (1 in old world blues if you have the wild wasteland perk in the little village) and the achievements are trickier. Plenty of new weapons and collectables and you can explore the place vastly.
Lastly buy the gun runners add on first! its like 220 msp? cant remember but you get a ton of new weapons and new achievements! best deal by far
So yeah, thats my opinion and you might have a different one, im just giving you an opinion by a very dedicated fallout fan

I myself think only 2 of the DLCs require alot of time and skill but I would recommend getting them all.

I thought it was very worth it, but as DLC goes for this game there's something you have to ask yourself.
Do I still enjoy Fallout NV even without Quests?
If you answered yes to that then purchase the DLC and give it a go. If you can't stand the game without quests than the DLC wont be for you since they're somewhat short.
