you can use it but you'll have to adjust the time setting as the ad wouldn't fully load so I doubt you'd get credited the views

What about subs, NO one is going to partner you if you have 100,187 views and 12 subs. :facepalm:

You can always use dummy accounts to give yourself likes, comments, subs.. etc and you can stop the views at different points each time.

Like for 5 videos you upload, have 3 be in the 200 range and the other 2 in the 300's. I was also talking to a TGN recruiter, and he said it wouldn't be long until I'd be partnered.

Come on guys. Would it not be better to build a legit channel where people sub for good content rather than boosting for views that won't get you anywhere in the long run?
