We get around 300-400 views atm on each vid and we only have 44 subs so why dont the people sub us ???

because maybe people just click on the vid and watch around 30secs of it

You're right, why did people click on it 300 times? It must be a good video. Maybe you need to make it more clear you want them to subscribe, like at the end of the video put please subscribe for more content!

exactly maybe one vid gets 250+ views and then the rest wouldnt but why would loads of vids get views and no subs ???

Because there are way too many cinema channels, and they all upload just about the same stuff.
