Well if your school did allow access to the students for such tools, the entire school network could be in jeopardy. A lot of things can be done when you have access to command prompt on a school network; believe me, i have tried and my school was not pleased.

So basically your school network administrator has disabled everything that could prove harmful to the school network.

I suggest you do not even try to access them at all as you can get into a lot of trouble.

1. Open notepad
2. Type in "command.com" (without apostriophies)
3. Save as %type in a name of a file%.bat (ideally on Desktop)
4. You're done. Double click the new file you created

That's how you get cmd.

That wouldn't work. Most schools block .bat files from getting any access so nice try.

Have you tried Windows key+R to open Run? If you do get it open try "command" or "command.com" That will open up an alternate CMD.
