Just a quick question about the rep.
Someone has probably already made a post or a sticky but I've not looked so if you know can you inform me.
How does rep actually work..
-If you send someone rep does it come from your own?
-I see people saying +50rep. (Does this mean asking someone with +50rep or they are claiming they can give 50..)
This seems a little dumb but I'm new to this someone care to explain quickly..

if they say +50REP they will give you 50 rep
also if you give rep it wont go away from your own rep

100 reputation pointa = 1 rep on your profile.
you can earn reputation points by posting, 25 posts = 100 reputation points/1 rep.
people can also give you reputation points but there is a limit of 25 per person.or of you are gold you can give 50 rep points per time. you can only give it too 10 people in 24 hours.

Yeah that's pretty much all I was wondering because I was repping a few and then I saw people rep levels and wondered why mine was not going up lol.

im confused so if i didnt have gold and say i had the rep power of 50 i could only rep 25 if so thats dumb
