The universe was created by a creater. It is not possible for something to come from nothing. The big bang is, I think, and most christians think, is true. However, atheists fail to answer the question of how the matter for the big bang got there? How was the first electron created? How was anything created? Something can not come from nothing. It all points to a creator. Also, the odds of our universe existing as it does with our life is 10 to the tenth to the 123rd power. Impossible. It was rigged by a creator. God. Just my opinion.

Also, why do you not believe in God? If you do and you are right, you get eternal happiness. If you are wrong, you get nothing. If you do not believe and are right, you get nothing. If you are wrong, you get eternal suffering. You can not win by not betting on God. This is called Paschal's Wager.

So since something can't come from nothing, your theory is a magical sky fairy that just happened to come from nothing snapped everything into existence?

I also do not agree with your reasoning for believing in God. You shouldn't have faith in God just because you think the benefits for doing so trump not believing.

I do however agree with what you said about the odds of our universe existing the way it is now. Everything should be completely random and nothingness. I do not however believe a single conscious being that listens to your prayers and throws fire balls around was the creator.

people like you do my head in! its like when your a kid and they say believe in santa or no presents, well its like that with you and 'GOD' but not only do you speak about what presents you get, you go around telling everybody that there wrong and your right. who created GOD? i believe that GOD is a leader from a alien civilisation, they flew down to planet earth with their wings, also there are pictures of a 'GOD' type on some kind of device, the mayans had more knowledge and understanding in a lot of things such as the earths gravity and sound waves, they all suddenely dissapeared though. you have to think that us humans all them years ago would of considered an alien leader as a god. if you told us humans in the times of the pyramids that we can drive cars, fly jets, even go out of the earth atmosphere(might be the explanation of where the sun gods came from) then they would call you GOD aswell. also in egyptian times, its thought that the pryamids were actually power sources as they had 2 chambers linking together which we have found it creates heat energy. also they were mining for GOLD. the mayans built there city with massive rocks that we could only just about make today. but yes you think GOD came out of nowhere and thought hmmm what should i do today, i know ill make a few planets and stick a few idiots on it that will eventually fight and eventually kill themselves. if GOD is real then where is he? is he sky riding clouds on a snowboard? or is it that yet again the human race has got it all wrong. there is so many conspiracys and that. i believe in GOD but the only GOD i believe in is that this GOD is from another planet, and im catholic, thats been forced to go into church and forced to believe in GOD.
Also if GOD is real as you are thinking of him then i hope he understands me, how can we have faith when faith and religion is whats destroying the planet. we all have choices, i believe in right and wrong. but its not right for people like you to say "believe in god, or you will go to hell" soon as an alien civilization comes and tells us humans out to live out of the dark ages with no fighting and piece then ill be happy.
