Ive been thinking about a new graphics card and I was thinking about getting two radeon hd 7770's and crossfiring them. Ive seen some pretty good specs on them together but I am skeptical on how it compares for the price. They cost $320 together plus $10 for the bridge. I was also thinking about getting just one 6950. It is just a little bit behind the dual 7770 but the price is great when being compared. Thoughts?

EDIT: here is my build btw

AZZA Hurrican 2000

SAMSUNG Spinpoint F3 HD103SJ 1TB

OCZ ModXStream Pro 700W

G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB

ASRock P67 EXTREME4 GEN3 LGA

Intel Core i7-2600K Sandy Bridge 3.4GHz

ASUS Black Blu-ray Drive

Radeon HD 6670

You don't HAVE to crossfire/SLI cards. The only time you really should add a 2nd card or more is for upgrading purposes. For example my friend bought a GTX 570 with his build this summer, and he plans on buying a second one as his first upgrade in a few months.
Around that $300 price point I'd recommend a single GTX 660 Ti, like I said you really don't need two graphics cards.

I prefer the Galaxy card because it's got the best cooler in my opinion.

Just be aware, you will have to upgrade your PSU to run two cards, at a minimum to 850w.

Crossfire if you're going to multi-monitor. And if you buy XFX it comes with a free bridge.
