They are conspiracies, which are theories. Unless the topics become literally the same exact thing, then they belong here (even as much as most peope hate them.) You can't disprove any Illuminati topic until the time passes and nothing happens. Until it becomes the 10th in every time zone, this theory still stands as a possibility. I myself find this theory to be highly unlikely, but possibilities are possibilities.

Could be, you never know some people who are Illuminati have computer-science knowledge, so several government websites could go down at the end of the timer.

Anonymous could scare people with their shenanigans, and look at the control they have now? Every DDoS/crack/hack/doxx they do it is reported on the news, so they use the media to broadcast their thoughts and perception of the world around us. If the Illuminati pull something like this off, who knows what would happen.
