Can someone please help me? I'm desperate..
Is there anyway I can flash a new NAND to my falcon RGH through xell reloaded or something? Anything I can do?

yes rename your nand image to "updflash.bin" put it on your USB's root. XeLL will flash the image.

try removing your hardrive
and maybe delete some patches as thats what caused the dodgy nand
