Well first thing i believe you have the wrong youtube layout for the new one.

You have added way to much stuff it looks really cluttered, the things you have put down are to big so the file will be big and will look really bad when uploaded also you don't need to show us the stuff in the middle as they won't see that so that's a waste of a bit of space you could of saved.

Where is the blending i mean i think what you have done may look a little better on a desktop background instead of a youtube one.

I suggest keep practising and maybe use the advise i have given you to maybe improve in your next one if you need any help or any questions reply back or Pm me and i will show you some examples of mine
