Seems good for the price. One thing that graphics card is really good but you may be able to get it a bit cheaper.

I'd spend more and get a 2500K for a more balanced build and add a Hyper 212 Evo, but that budget is a gray area for CPUs.

The mobo is up to you, but a Z77 would be overkill for an i3. I would go for an H61 chipset- this one specifically
