Is this a good build?

I work with Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Vegas, Cinema 4D, etc.

AMD Radeon HD 6450 1GB PCI Express 16x dual head, HDMI
500.0 GB Seagate Barracuda 7200RPM SATA3 6GB/s 16m cache
LG 22x DVD Recorder Dual Layer +R/RW -R/RW
Realtek HD digital audio (onboard)
Ethernet network adapter (onboard)
Cooler Master Elite 350 black , front USB
Case Fan 80 mm DC fan

You can certainly do better, especially considering the fact that there's a time-bomb PSU included. Editing builds are fun; post here so I can get a better idea of what you're looking for if you'd like me to do a build for you: Forums/t=3809045/the-custom-pc-to...-only.html
