Yeah they should at least know the basics of it before buying them but that is why you learn how to if you dont know

I think its because little kids get made fun of for being little kids on XboxLIVE for their voice and what not so they but a JTag to seem superior to the majority of players on XboxLIVE. They probably think that people who have JTags receive more respect and less hate so they buy them to make people be nice to them because the other people want the hacks so they'll be nice to get them. I guess. *shrugs*
