My school has a M86 Web Flitter, Could i use a VPN to get on to block websites (Facebook,Youtube,ECT)

Okay, because of that post, I will help you.
There's this site called [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] that uses a proxy to get you onto those sites, but you will not be able to use flash player, java etc.

a VPN wouldn't work, as you'd just be connecting to the same server with the same credentials, meaning those sites would still be blocked. Proxy sites are your best bet, or cracking the Admin account for the Web Filter!
