does that happen to be a wireless extender?
if its just wireless maybe move it to a different place so their are not many electronics close that may interfere. if you happen to have an ethernet cord, btw it should come with the xbox, just plug it in from the wireless into ur xbox and try again.sometimes you will need to clear the system cache but not often. have you also reset network to factory setings? cause u can just add it again. if i were u i would hold the xbox power button fo 10 seconds and it will flash and reset setting to factory (dont worry it wont delete stuff on hard disk and stuff. mssg back if this helped

if your xbox is that close to your router then you might as well be using a ethernet cable, it will save you connection problems + less lag

Your best bet is to wait a while and try again to see if it works if not you should call your internet provider.

Take the plug out of the router for 30 seconds, if you use ethernet cables unplug that, if you use wireless, try moving your Xbox out a little bit. Hoe it helped

Trials wrote Okay so basically when I turn my Xbox on it doesn't connect to live, when I go to system settings and check my wireless connection it says the router has no connection but when I disconnect off the router it changes so it has full connection, when I look at my router the wireless router light is flashing orange then goes blue then off and keeps doing that and I can't connect to live, can someone please help me?

happened to me the other day just play offline for like 2 hours then go see if it will connect. if not go reset your router if that doesnt work call your internet company.
