Yes it will run bf3 i got a really bad pc and that one is better so yes

Much like PDW-57 said, i ran BF3 with much lower specs than that and it played absolutely fine.
you might not be running super smooth under the "ultra" setting or whatever. but most definately will be enjoyably playable.
