Here's my opinion about the topic. For people who pay for the game and post it's like why the f*uck not they payed for the game they should be able to do whatever the hell they want.

No one yet, as it is only temp so an easy fix will be implemented soon, Kinda the same glitch back when you could get gold guns on blackops but you weren't 14th+, no punishment.

however, you do get banned for 15th custom classes and Prestige/Token glitches (New).

will I get banned for -7 prestige tokens?

Yes it is always a possibility.

I got permanently banned for just being in a cmr lobby, and it didn't even work yet I still got banned for boosting (Notice 1000) so i'll just play black ops now.
