Hey, i lost my main about a week ago today and was wondering if there is ANYTHING i can do, i was dced from internet for a small period of time, once i got back EVERYTHING with my account had been changed emails everything dont work, even my screen name got changed!
I lost 148m/including items and food etc.
I haven't been on no sites to be phished or anything i was literally just chilling then dced.
Any help or ideas what could have happened?
P.s GRIMZON is new account.

Well first of all, even if they changed your username you would still log on to the acc with the original username and pass if i understand the system. Second of all, if you know enough about the account like when/where you created it and what ip address it was and all the original and previous passwords or even when and what you paid with to get membership (if you had it) you could email them to show proof that its your account. Hope this helped..

Could have been phished without even knowing

yeh i know, just i know screen names been changed as hi-scores not on there. also i do know all that and have emailed, just hoping they can help, i just dont know ip adress and that.
