Well I think that there might be Sleight of Hand Pro because at the beginning of the Call of Duty: Black Ops Multiplayer Teaser Trailer, right before he kill the guy, he zooms down his sights very fast. BUT when he reloads it seems like its normal speed. So, maybe the perk will be reversed, like fast zoom, then when you get Pro, it will be fast reload. I don't know if it's like that, it's just what I think. Here's the video...

However from the looks of the video when you see the guy using the L96 AW it looks like the same "scope in" speed as CoD 4 and CoD 5

U'm well your sight doesn't go in faster if you have sleight of hand in CoD4. In Black Ops you get to choose your first two perks then you third perk relies on the first two perks.
