Just get a dazzle. They quality between those 2 capture cards aren't very noticeable.
Actually if you plan on just recording something so simple, I'd say just get an easyCAP.

I have had a Dazzle DVC 100 in the past, But i never did like the quality. I'll leave a video of the quality test, But prepare to be dis-appointed.
I now have a HDPVR, Which works like a charm, And i only paid 70 pound for it.

@Scrambled just look it up on youtube. You should probably record with a different program. Windows movie maker should work.
@Kaizo Well that's not rendered or anything. I just made this video with a dazzle, quality isn't too bad in HD(not real hd, im gay at rendering shut up). also there is music so

You should just get a Game Capture HD they sell for $150-$200 and record in 1080p. Also they don't have as many cords as the PVR

Get the Roxio if you are more about the quality because I have a dazzle and you have to do a lot to get it to the quality of the Roxio. But the Roxio has pretty good quality and very very simple to set up. But the price is a big difference as well, the Roxio is around $100 including accessories, the Dazzle is around %50 with all the accessories.
