Image is taken up by planes.......way too many for such a small image.

Proportions are shot to bits.
The size of that little soldier, and in fact why he is even is there is a mystery.

Lighting is horrendous. Tiny fireballs, overly bright sky.

Levels and curves would need some work.

A little CC would help soften it a little also.

Over all 4/10

It's pretty bad bro..

Maybe for your second, try a more simpler manipulation with less going on.

Too much happening makes too many mistakes.
