I keep getting a error connecting to server message for my RSPS can someone help????

When posting help required topics, please make the subject more precise , Such as, " My RSPS is having a loading error, Please Help " It might help you in the long run as well, if people know what they are helping with, before opening the thread, they might help.

Im also having the same problem when i open the server, it says connection error.
