While watching a game play video of BL2 with Randy Pitchford he was ask about he leveling in the game and he said the level cap at the release of the game is going to be 50
but the way he said it like "at the release of the game" caught my ear
is he kinda hinting that later down the road they will have a DLC like borderlands1 where they increase the level cap

If you have any info or questions about his feel free to share whats on your mind

Yeah thats a given, they wwill raise the cap when they release dlc to keep people playing.

The achievement for level 50 says "maxed for now" or something like that

Yeah they will definately increase the level cap hopefully to 60+

They did it with borderlands so they will probably do it with borderlands 2. Is that really hard to figure out on your own?

I heard you will be around 30-36 around the end of playthrough one depending on how many side quests you complete and all that. Also read that completing a play-though 100% took devs upwards of 40 hours so I think 50 will be a good challenge.

Yah makes since i guess they are going to do tha same as BL1 in terms of adding rank with DLC.

there would be no true good reason for that cuz of how games are made
but the BL2 Badass levels has no cap so you can kinda say there is a unlimited levels in a way
