We currently have no way of doing a Black Ops Challenge Lobby. The only thing close is the recovery service which is $30. Sorry man.

Are you seriously that stupid to think black ops is moddable without being banned? There's only one way you could get a challenge lobby and that's if someone is online with their JTAG. Also you probably would get banned for being in the lobby. You can get banned for purposely joining lobbies and staying to boost your score/rank/etc. Nobody hosts {CH} in Black Ops because you get banned almost instantly from the server. Sorry.
