i have a zypher RGHable that i installed the coolrunner a couple months ago and i did it correct i went to go program it in J-Runner and when i got to the part were i had to get my CPU the console wouldnt boot into Xcell so i left to alone for a couple months but today i turned the console on and it booted into xcell and i wrote the CPU key down so once i seen that i was going back to restart that J-Runner steps all over again so it read the nands with no back and flashed coolrunner but when i went to Create ECC it says

Well I hope you know, If you where able to boot in xell you don't need to write the ecc again, Now you need to move onto the next step which is creating the image ect then once that is done you should be set to go.

Well then, Make sure your source file has your nand selected, And not just left a blank field.
