Well, first check your motherboards CPU socket (AM2/AM3/AM3+....etc). If this build is for gaming, scrap this idea and save for a mobo/CPU/GPU combo. RAM is fine, won't need more. Upon reply, I will finalise this comment.

Obviously the GPU, without ANY doubt. The CPU and RAM are pretty fine.
