This is where you can be right and wrong. I am a 10th prestige in MW2 and I got banned for it?! I didnt not get into a lobby for it, I got it through normal gameplay and I get a console ban for that? I called up xbox right after my ban talked to 2 people and they told me themselves i DID NOT violate any of the CoC, ToU or ToS. I had the phone call recorded. To this I can file a lawsuit to MS and they can get their asses kicked for this.





But alas I am not filing a lawsuit, I can get the xbox i got replaced with another. So I won.

Yeah but they cant console ban for something they need to fix on there end? If we take advantage of something, thats there own fault for not making a fix for it. Seriously, they need to snap into reality and relize that this is there own fault, and cant punish others for it!

agreed - its their own fault we're exploiting their Sh*t game - maybe if infinty ward could properly make the game we wouldn't do this kind of stuff , look at cod5...theres next to none online mods - and even if they're is they get patched. Treyarch 1 - 0 infinity ward ?

Im with you..its their stupid fault. maybe if they werent so fat and lazy they would actually get this fixed, and unban all consoles?
