Well, I got a JTAG with a custom PC fan on the outside. I want to add/replace another fan, but the screws won't come out. It just rotates in place
Any help?

1st. Have you tried opening the xbox and made sure there is not a nut on the screw/bolt?
2nd. Make sure when installing the fan you put it as an intake. If you put it as exhaust, it can overheat your xbox.

Could be that you stripped it. In that case you'll have to open it and inspect from the other side. You might have to force it off and improvise with a little super glue. :|
