Yes, they are. But you don't say how much it costs so I can't really judge if you could do better in terms of finding more economical options.

Get the 560 Ti if you can or save more money to get it, the 550 Ti isn't worth it in the long run, but if you have the cash now, that is a decent system for gaming, but you would better off getting the 560 Ti Overclocked edition from MSi

Horrible case, no name dodgy PSU and a micro ATX locked board with a unlocked processor.
I have no idea if this is pre built or not but for 719 pounds you should be getting a lot more.
