Go with a a better psu rosewill isn't to good of a brand and have a chance of a Doa(except for the hive series). For the psu go with a corsair, collermaster, ocz, or antec. Next a dual core processor will get you by but dont forgot your running a gtx 660 this will create a minor bottleneck and you wont get the most performance out of the gpu/cpu. Also see if you can squeeze a ssd in there for your boot drive it doesnt have to be a large ssd a 32gb-60gb ssd will do. Finally dont forgot about your OS.

1. PSU has 319 reviews on newegg at 4 eggs, so I'm not worried there.
2. Remember it's not the 660 ti.
3. An SSD would be a later upgrade.
4. The Pirate Bay.
