A 560 on this budget is crazy. Sure, it's a little unbalanced, but there are no bottlenecks and it should play all of your games maxed.

Games: minecraft, flash player games, RTC games
Software: Sony vegas google chrome photoshop
Aesthetics: ??

Details: I would also like to do rendering on thsi computer so i want it to be nice and fast also i will be recording with fraps and a HD PVR. i will be looking for this build to be more of ram then a graphics card but i dont want a real shitty graphics card THANKS

This took me like 30 seconds, why? This build is nearly verbatim to my friend's build. Except my friend got a 570 and Vengeance ram, either way, this is better and suits your purposes just fine. This 660 Ti will destroy any game you choose to throw at it. I gave you an i7 and a great cooler, please overclock it! The i7 is exactly what you need for your purposes, how do I know? I've done work with a PVR and editing and I couldn't have done it without my 2600k. I know where you're coming from. And I did my best with a monitor/kb/mouse but I don't know every thing about that external stuff.

I gave you a great 6870 and a motherboard with SATA 3 so in the future you can add an SSD.
