At least I won't have to buy any new DLC after Tuesday.

Seriously, how does having gold guns, zebra donkey, or more characters affect anyone else on live? If it doesn't interfere with actual game play they should just leave it alone.

If I am banned then you'll find my game for sale at the nearest Gamestop along with GTAIV.

The only reason they're able to do it is because it's violating their personal terms of use. Once the terms of use is violated, the developer is obligated to do whatever it wants.. Modern Warfare 2 can't do this because they didn't add anything about patch modding (etc) in their Terms of Use..
