Depends what you will initially use a Jtag or RGH console for.

Overall the best would be a Jasper but if you want just to host modded/online call of duty mods(in which case I would not suggest getying one) then a Xenon may be best as they are cheap to buy if you seriously mess it up and takes type 1+2 KeyVaults so they are easy to unban

I agree xenon's are like tanks no major smc or hash issues to worry about and if you decide to homebrew on it when they go offline, theres usually no XGD3 to worry about either.

Xenon has no hdmi. Also if you don't need to know the technical side of things then an RGH is similar to a Jtag but is able to be exploited on any motherboard(Expect Corona) and on a higher kernal(not sure on exact version)

Also if you want a Jtag to only mod on Mw2 with friends then just get a Xenon(If you can use standard cables - still allows to be played in Hd as long you have the correct connections on you tv). Just be reasonable and don't stay on to long or you will over heat it and probably get an RROD(Red Ring of Death).

If you can't play without hdmi then get a Zephyr or Falcon as the Zephyr is similar and cheap but uses hdmi.

All xenons are HD only to 1080i/p depending on your monitor / tv outputs. Less aggro than a falcon so I would xenon if looking to make money but I advise being in a suitable place to fix it yourself also as they can and do go rrod.
