A criminal isnt really an option

"Guard - Protects the town day and night from criminal such as home raiders or griefers"

Without a criminal, why is there a guard?

For people that want money and decide to robe the bank or grief other people because they need supplies or money

But then what do the admins in full sets of diamond armor do other than enforcing the rules?

Admins dont just enforce the rules they work too. One of the admins is a Banker. I am a builder.

I think it would be unfair if other workers got extra stuff like diamond armor.

Well Admins must stay protected because if they weren't they could be killed and drop weapons. The weapons then could be used my the killer to kill other players so it is important for admins to stay protect that carry things to keep the place in order

But isn't that the whole point of role playing? Guards keep the place in order. It's unfair to be an admin and a worker at the same time since admins get free stuff. Plus if you are having a problem with someone killing then you can call the guard to take care of him or just kick him. You are just trying to be cheap.

Admins work for money nothing is free for an admin because then they would get the best houses and leave the crappy ones for everyone else
