My thoughts exactly, all i got was a starter pack and it said go to "my packs" to get my gift, and i cant find it anywhere. Please PM me if you figure it out and i will do the same for you

Looks like we all have this same problem! Let me know if you guys resolve this issue please! I've spoken with the EA live support chat and he wasn't very helpful so any help would be much appreciated towards that! Thanks, CS8
