I can log into Ea but when i go to ultimate team it says i need to create a squad even though i have a squad ?, HELP !

I have this problem as well, is this the message you are getting? I have had ultimate team since fifa 11, i have an ultimate team on both fifa 11 and 12. I want to open my packs?! anyone found a fix?

I have tweeted to them 3 times, first 2 tweets, no response. waiting on this one getting a response, poor customer service if they just ignore people needing help on fixing this issue. Very Dissapointed!!!

Thanks, they issued a tweet saying you must have used ultimate team 12 by 12th september and have had a security question set, I played it a lot and last night and have had a security question set for a long long time. So I do not understand why I cannot use the web app?!?! they are so annoying!
