If Your Are Currently Jailbroken On IOS 5.1 or below I would stay their and not update at the moment.

    Loss Of Any Jailbreak

    Removes YouTube

    Removes google maps.

    Adds apple maps. No street view, no transit directions. Remember, google has been doing maps a long time. No way apple is doing it as well in a few months.

    Facebook integration

    Do Not Disturb functionality ( AKA ringerx vip in cydia.)

This is definitely not worth an upgrade. And if you are jailbroken on iOS5 definitely do not upgrade to this. You will lose your jailbreak and thats definitely not worth it for this.

I Wouldn't Classify This As An Upgrade, But As A Downgrade

Yes but you get an integrated panaroma shot in the camera app maps are now 3D instead of birds eye, and it still works the same routes and whatnot.
