im bored of just rushing in its getting boring, whats the best stealth class you have used?

None. Really can't use a stealth class due to Sit Rep Pro, but other than that, Blind Eye AssAssin

Personally I like to use the ACR 6.8 with a silencer and kick. USP.45 silenced. Semtex/flash grenade. Scavenger/assassin/sit rep (marksman or stalker also works) . Specialist package with slight of hand/blind eye/marksman(sitrep or stalker depending on your 3rd perk).
