yeah u r 100% right abt that ... but xbox likes to bann ppl who are afflicated w/ modding sites so the best way to prevent this situation is not to post your gamertag on a modding site and not to put a modding site in your bio

I really don't think they can ban you for being a member of this site. Just because you are a part of the website does not mean you are actually a modder.

if you read the code of conduct it says if you affiliate yourself with modding they can suspend you

"Don't post links to materials that could harm other users' computers or would allow others to inappropriately access software or Web sites."
"Don't intentionally play with someone else who is using unauthorized software or methods in order to help inflate your game rank or gamerscore."
"Don't modify or hack game content to create cheats."
